By opening the NextCalm app, you confirm your life status. Guardian Bot resets its cycle each time you do. If you stop, here is what happens:

Guardian Bot emails your nominated Representative. They can confirm your status on your behalf.

If your life status is not confirmed for 7 days from Sunday, all your information will be securely delivered to your nominated recipients.
You have 7 days to confirm you're OK. If Guardian Bot doesn't validate you within a week, your information will be securely sent to your nominated recipients — but you always have a back-up with your Representative.
If you have not opened the app by Thursday at 18:00, Guardian Bot emails your nominated Representative every 8 hours until one of you confirms your life status.
